SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
1º- SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Customspain.com will send the products within the period indicated by the carrier selected by the customer during the purchase process. The shipping times and means depending on the destination are as follows:
PENINSULA (Free shipping to the Peninsula from €150.)
- MRW: 3 to 5 business days.
- GLS: 3 to 5 business days.
CANARY AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
- MAIL: 5 - 10 business days approximately.
EUROPEAN UNION
- GLS: Approximately 5 to 7 business days.
- GLS: approximately 2 -3 business days.
REST OF EUROPE
- Post Worldwide: Approximately 15 to 20 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD
- Post Worldwide: Approximately 20 to 25 business days.
2º- CANCELLATIONS
The customer may request the cancellation of an order as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product has not yet been shipped and is not in the manufacturing process if it is a custom product. NOTE: Products with options (security, capacity, etc.) must be made from scratch. They should add between 3 and 5 days for its preparation.
- If the product has been shipped, the customer must be responsible for the shipping costs incurred (shipping and return).
- The refund of the amount will be made to the same payment method that the customer used to pay the amount of the order.
- The customer must contact the online store to request cancellation and refund of the order amount.
3º- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The CUSTOMER may return the product received within a period of 15 calendar days by notifying us by email or calling by phone. The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party indicated by the CUSTOMER, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
For this right to be effective, the client must exercise it within 15 calendar days from receipt of the product and to do so, the CLIENT must notify zzcustom@gmail.com your decision to withdraw, indicating the order number and the reference of the product in question.
The CUSTOMER must return or directly deliver the new product, unused, in perfect conditions, in an intact packaging (without labels or packing tape - protect it with a bag or box as appropriate) and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw is communicated to the following address:

Customspain.com will refund the cost of the product once received. The CLIENT will assume the return costs as well as the administrative or other types of costs generated as a result of the return (including the customs costs generated if applicable) . Customized items are non-returnable, any defect will be repaired. When returning modified items with security options, capacity, etc., 20% will be subtracted from the main value. .
In the case of destinations with customs procedures (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Third Countries), The client assumes any expenses generated at destination including the corresponding local taxes. Customspain.com is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by these customs procedures.
4º- RETURN FOR DEFECTS PRODUCED IN TRANSPORTATION OR ERROR AND/OR DEFECTS IN SHIPPING
If at the time of delivery it is visible visible and clear, without having to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that the package has defects caused by damage in transport or, in the same way, an error or defect is seen in the merchandise received, the CUSTOMER must record it on the carrier's delivery note and check the merchandise in its presence. The delivery note cannot be signed until the defects found have been indicated. Next, the CLIENT must notify Customspain.com (via email addressed to zzcustom@gmail.com during the > 24 hours following receipt of the order to be able to request the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.
No claim will be accepted that does not meet all the conditions mentioned.
5º- RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (WARRANTY)(*)
All (*) products sold by Customspain.com have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of invoice to be able to be repaired or replaced with the same one. by virtue of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
The CLIENT may agree to repair or replace the product, unless one of these options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. From the moment the CLIENT notifies Customspain.com of the chosen option, both parties will accept it.
In no case will Customspain.com be obliged to return the amount of the order that is found to be defective and that it will be obliged to cover under warranty. The repair or replacement will be free of charge for the Customer, including transportation costs as well as those related to labor and materials.
The deadlines for receiving these communications for returns are exhaustive: 24 hours from receipt for damage in transport or shipping errors; 15 days from receipt for the right of withdrawal; 2 years from the invoice date to exercise the warranty.
